Rowen manufactured and delivered the ready mix concrete for this seven-story building. The building is a cast-in-place concrete structure constructed on a series of foundation spread footing. The building contains elevated slabs consisting of conventionally reinforced two-way flat slabs. 

Rowen supplied white cement concrete for the decorative columns on the lower level facade.

1812 Ashland Avenue features laboratory space, office space, and other support spaces for the neighboring Science + Technology Park at Johns Hopkins.
